The dedicated owners team at Tramore recognises there is nothing more special than having a runner on race day and we will endeavour to make this occasion as special as possible.

The experience for owners and syndicates has been reviewed for 2017 and the team look forward to welcoming you and will endevour to ensure you have a memorable day at Tramore.

Facilities for Owners & Syndicates

Declaration stage;

All owners/ syndicates are sent a personalised letter from our General Manager providing information about their upcoming raceday incl. ground reports, sponsors details and details of the hospitality packages on offer. 

We are delighted to offer each owner /syndicate with a runner discounted rates when booking The Graun Hill Suite in advance. 

On Racedays;

There is a dedicated desk located at the main entrance where owner / syndicate with a runner, will receive racecards, badges and vouchers for complimentary refreshments during the races (Limited to Four per runner)

The newly refurbished Winners Circle Bar is an exclusive area for owners to mingle. This new facility has patio area with trackside view and is complete with TVs, Tote and cash bar facility. When space allows additional syndicate members are also welcome to use this facility.

Following the race all winning connections are invited to the Directors Room to join the race sponsors and enjoy a celebratory post race drink and canapes, where they can also watch a replay of their win in comfort. The Directors have ensured that all winning owners are presented with a momento of their win, regardless of whether the race is sponsored. To this end we continue to showcase local produce incl. Waterford Crystal, Ardkeen Hampers.

Following each race meeting we will upload the tagged winning connections photos on our Social Media platforms so they can be shared and we also post a Photograph of your winning horse passing the post to the owner. The General Manager forwards all winning trainers the details of the sponsor of the race, should the connections wish to acknowledge their contribution to the overall prize value.

  • Tramore Racecourse is a Grade Two Racecourse and is noted for the tight, right- handed, undulating track with One mile circuit.
  • No Stalls in operation at any meeting at Tramore.
  • Schooling by appt. after racing.
  • 68 Boxes allocated on race day morning. Shavings / Paper available.
  • Grooms canteen serving a selection of Hot dishes and Complimentary Tea/Coffee/Soup.
  • All races have a €50 sponsored Best Turned Out competition.
  • Regular Stable yard competitions
