2015 August Racing Festival - Much More Than Racing!

The Tramore August Racing Festival provides entertainment, both on and off the track for both the racing enthusiast and the complete novice.

THURSDAY 13th (e) First Race 5.10pm (National Hunt)

Hurlers & Horses Evening - Enjoy the craic at the track with Seven exciting National Hunt races. The evening fun continues late into the evening with live music from 'Three For The Road' in the Inside Track bar post racing.

The Club Deise Festival Marquee is the place to be and tickets are available for this fundraising event from Club Deise committee members. .


FRIDAY 14th (e) First Race 5.150pm (National Hunt)

An evening National Hunt fixture and we look forward to welcoming the Attheraces team to Tramore as they will be covering the evening meeting live. The Festival Marquee is the place to be where you will get all the tips from our celebrity racing tipsters.

After seven thrilling National Hunt races the evening finishes with live music from The Unusual Suspects in the Festival Marquee.

SATURDAY 15th (e) First Race 4.10pm (Flat)

Style Evening is the highlight of our summer festival and it always ensures the competition within the enclosures equals what’s happening out on the track. RSVP Boutique of the year and The House of Waterford Crystal are sponsoring the evening, with €2,500 of prizes on offer. 

Stylist Cathy O Connor has the difficult choice of picking One lucky lady who will win €1000 voucher and 'Mixology' collection of Waterford Crystal, whilst Nine finalists each take home a goody bag of a voucher and pair of Waterford Crystal Cocktail glasses.

Over 50 'fashionistas' will enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco in the Festival Marquee before the winner is announced by MC Zara King, (UTV Ireland) before the Sixth race.

The excitement continues out on track with Seven exciting flat races and live music from Avalon in the Marquee ensures the party goes on until late.


SUNDAY 16th - First Race 2.20pm (National Hunt)

Get the family together and enjoy our famous Family Fun Afternoon

FREE entertainment during the afternoon includes the First Class Castles Marquee with loads of fun and games for the kids, along with Facepainting & Punch & Judy.Klub Muzik will perform during the afternoon to keep kids of all ages entertained.

Take a selfie with Hercules the Mascot and try your luck on some of the horse racing games.
