Waterford & Tramore Racecourse has been providing exciting entertainment for racing fans in south east Ireland for more than 200 years. The 80-acre venue now boasts totally up-graded facilities with three free car parks, two covered stands and family friendly enclosures.

Three bars, two restaurants(one self service) ensure that all tastes are well catered for whilst corporate entertaining has become a feature of racing at Tramore where business and pleasure mix easily.

The 2008 August Festival (14th-17th incl) promises to be the highlight of the summer season in Waterford when over Four days of sponsored races, fashion, and serious socialising make it a time when many Waterford emigrants make their annual pilgrimage home to enjoy the festival atmosphere that is around the town as over 25,000 are expected to attend the festival.
