The Corporate Entertainment Package at the August Festival is aimed at any business that wants to enjoy the excitment of the races, in a relaxed environment.

RACING
The hospitality package includes access to the official car park, entry into the racecourse and a complimentary race card. Your guests should then make your way our new Function Room - The Front Room, where they will be shown to your reserved table. Before the first race our tipster for the day will give a rundown through the day's race card. All races are sponsored and there is record prize-money on offer over the four days. Private Tote facilities & Closed Circuit TV are also available in this area.

CATERING
A three course buffet meal will be available throughout the afternoon and afternoon tea will be served after the fifth race. A private bar will be available throughout the afternoon and will close 1 hour after the last race.
