The Corporate Entertainment Package at the August Festival is aimed at any business that wants to enjoy the excitment of the races, in a relaxed environment.

AUGUST FESTIVAL RACING PACKAGE
The hospitality package includes access to the official car park, entry into the racecourse and a complimentary race card. Your guests should then make your way our new Function Room - The Front Room, where they will be shown to your reserved table. Before the first race our tipster for the day will give a rundown through the day\'s race card and live music will entertain your guests from 4pm. All races are sponsored and there is record prize-money on offer over the four days. Private Tote facilities & Closed Circuit TV are also available in this area.

A Four course gourmet silver service meal will be served during the afternoon / evening. A fish / vegetarian option will also be available to guests upon request and all dietary requirements that we are notified of in advance will be catered for.

A bar facility will be available throughout the afternoon and will close One hour after the last race.
